Floor Whiskey “ Really nice color in the glass... nice flavor like raspberry that goes into cracked pepper heat, a little bit of rye spice, and black tea on the finish. It’s really good. ”

Floor Whiskey

Uncommon Collectibles “ A whiskey with plenty of classic bourbon character... The blend has a nice depth to it, with the different components working together rather than any one note completely taking over. ”

Uncommon Collectibles

T-Rod Whiskey “ That rye note is there, but it doesn't punch you in the face the way a lot of ryes do. It's the star of the show, but a classy show... It’s a pleasant sipping rye. ”

T-Rod Whiskey

Cassidy Whiskey Library “ If you like cherry notes, this is a great one for you... The combination of AI assistance and a master blender produce a pretty damn good drink. ”

Cassidy Whiskey Library

NJ Whiskey Dad “ Lemon plus oak plus malty barley, with almost a lemon bar taste to it... It’s very easy-drinking for the proof. Definitely worth exploring. ”

NJ Whiskey Dad

Whisky Tastings “ This is very enjoyable. The proof is nice and high carrying a lot of flavor and the palate is wonderfully oily... The finish lingers very long. ”

Whisky Tastings

East Coast Whiskey Sipper “ A unique combination of cherry cobbler, leather, tobacco, and oak... Wow, it's very complex. I enjoyed this pour. ”

Tasting Notes

We stood in the high Mojave just after a rare spring deluge; the air thick with mineral-heavy petrichor, oily malt, and honey-glazed pears. This weight settled into the scent of sun-baked timber from an abandoned hillside mine, where the aroma of dusty shoring met the ripe, split-skin sweetness of dark pluots and a medicinal wisp of dried sage. Water invited us deeper into the landscape, revealing delicate desert blooms and sun-baked desert wild grapevines clinging to a canyon wall. An intensifying grain-spice took hold of the palate, surrendering finally to the long, prickly "hug" of a cholla cactus—a peppery rye heat softened by peppermint and the elegant, woody tannins of oversteeped black tea.
